Returns Policy

OldCountryStoreFabrics.com wants you to be pleased with both your shopping experience and your fabric purchase.

Our orders are double-checked before shipment, but if we've made a mistake or if the fabric is defective, please:

1. Call us immediately (or within 15 days) to report the problem. Please have your invoice copy handy when you call 1-888-828-8218.

2. Allow us to reimburse you for return shipping and give us a chance to correct the mistake or fully refund your order.

If you've changed your mind about the fabric you ordered, we'll be glad to offer return privileges under these terms:

1. All fabrics must be in the same condition as when you received them.

2. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.

3. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

4. Return shipping is your expense.

5. The original cost of the shipping is not refundable.

Payment Policy

OldCountryStoreFabrics.com gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.

Sales tax of 6% is included for Pennsylvania residents only.

Order Cancellation Fee

We reserve the right to apply a $5.00 cancellation fee for any orders cancelled after our processing but prior to shipping.

OldCountryStoreFabrics.com offers prompt and economical shipping both domestically and internationally.

Prompt Response and Same-Day Shipping Guarantee!

All fabrics are guaranteed to be in-stock and ready for same-day shipment!

Monday through Saturday, we guarantee that all orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same business day, or your shipping is FREE*. Orders received after 1 p.m. or on Sunday and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
*Same-day shipping guarantee applies to orders with authorized payment, and is not valid during holiday promotions.

Domestic Shipping

Within the United States, we offer shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) and provide choices of shipping methods. These options include:

USPS First Class Mail: All packages (fabric up to 1.75 yards) travel through the normal postal system. Delivery is estimated at 2-3 days, but cannot be fully guaranteed. Delivery confirmation is available through USPS tracking.

USPS Regional Rates: All packages travel through the Priority Mail system. Packages are expected to arrive in 2-3 days. Packages are insured and are fully trackable, but delivery time cannot be fully guaranteed.

USPS Priority Mail: All packages are expedited to arrive in 2-3 days, and while they are insured and the package can be tracked, the delivery time cannot be fully guaranteed.

UPS Ground: All packages are shipped fully insured, and a tracking number is provided for your convenience. Ground shipping generally takes 3-5 days.

UPS 2nd Day Air: All packages travel as per UPS Ground and are guaranteed for delivery in two business days. There is an additional charge for this service.

UPS Next Day Air: All packages travel as per UPS Ground and are guaranteed for next-day delivery by 12:00 noon. There is an additional charge for this service.

UPS Next Day Air Saver: All packages travel as per UPS Ground and are guaranteed for next-day delivery by 4:00 p.m. There is an additional charge for this service.

These fees do not necessarily represent USPS or UPS published rates and may include handling charges.

International Shipping

We offer shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) and provide choices of shipping methods. These options include:

USPS First Class Mail: Packages (fabric up to six yards) shipped via this economical shipping option arrive in an estimated 6-14 business days, but delivery time is not guaranteed. Packages are insured, but are not trackable.

USPS Priority Mail International: All packages travel through the Priority Mail system to arrive in 6-10 business days. Packages are insured and are trackable to a certain extent, but delivery time cannot be fully guaranteed.

USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope: Packages (fabric up to 7.75 yards) shipped via this economical shipping option arrive in an estimated 6-10 business days, but delivery time is not guaranteed. Packages are insured, but are not trackable.

USPS Global Express Guaranteed: This shipping method offers premium service for a premium price. All packages are shipped fully insured, a tracking number is provided, and a date-certain guarantee is available.

UPS Worldwide Saver: This shipping method services a significant number of smaller countries and is fully trackable, insured, and offers a date-certain guarantee. This is a premium service for a premium price.

UPS Worldwide Expedited: This shipping method services a limited number of larger countries and is fully trackable, insured, and offers a date-certain guarantee. This is a premium service for a premium price.

These fees do not necessarily represent USPS or UPS published rates and may include handling charges. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
